Each member is a part-owner of the Club and is entitled to use the pool, tennis courts, and facilities during operating
hours; participate in social events; for an additional fee, enroll children on the swim and/or dive teams; vote on issues
and eligibile to serve on the pool's Board of Directors.
Application for Membership
To apply for membership, please use the QuickLink to download the membership application. According to our
Bylaws, applicants must complete and forward the membership application along with three letters of recommendation from active
Tarry Crest Club members in order for a membership application to be considered. Letters of sponsorship should include
name of applicant, where they work and live, names and ages of children and other community, social or volunteer activities
that the applicant is currently involved in. Upon receipt of this information, each application will be added to our
waiting list.
Please note that there is a 20% cap on out-of-town members according
to the Bylaws. Out-of-town applicants are
those who do not live in the Tarrytown-Sleepy Hollow school district.
Members are allowed to sponsor one
applicant and co-sponsor two applicants per calendar year.

note that these numbers will change each year.
Membership Waiting List
Our bylaws specifically limit total membership to 350 families, therefore, the Club maintains an applicant waiting list
that is kept from year to year.

Babysitters Application
If you would like to include a child care provider on your membership, please complete and return Babysitter Application.
Membership Resignation
Notification of resignation must be submitted in writing. Bonds of resigning members are refunded at the percentages
noted in the by-laws, as they are re-sold and in the order in which resignations are received. All bond refunds are subject
to reduction by any outstanding fees due on your account
