Interested in becoming a member?

Each member is a part-owner of the Club and is entitled to use the pool, tennis courts, and facilities during operating hours; participate in social events, enroll children on the swim and/or dive teams; vote on issues and eligible to serve on the pool's Board of Directors after one year of membership.

To apply for membership, please download the membership application and reach out to Chris Ritzen at ccycarey@yahoo.com. According to our Bylaws, applicants must complete and forward the membership application along with three letters of recommendation from active Tarry Crest Club members in order for a membership application to be considered. Letters of sponsorship should include name applicant, where they live, ages of children and other community, social or volunteer activities that the applicant is currently involved in. Upon receipt of this information, each application will be added to our waiting list.
- Please note that there is a 20% cap on out-of-town members according to the bylaws. Out-of-town applicants are those who do not live in the Tarrytown-Sleepy Hollow school district.
- Members are allowed to sponsor one applicant and co-sponsor two applicants per calendar year.

Be sure to review the information about the bond amount, initiation fees and annual dues. Please note that these numbers will change each year.
Membership Waiting List
Our bylaws specifically limit total membership to 360 families. Therefore, the Club maintains an applicant waiting list that is kept from year to year.
Babysitters Application
If you would like to include a child care provider on your membership, please complete and return our Babysitter Application as well as the Babysitter Invoice.
Membership Resignation
Notification of resignation must be submitted in writing. Bonds of resigning members are refunded at the percentages noted in the by-laws, as they are re-sold and in the order in which resignations are received. All bond refunds are subject to reduction by any outstanding fees due on your account.
